Thanks to our hard-working team and these amazing clients for making this possible.

About the Project

Completed in 2023, this enchanting home in historical Northville, Michigan was designed for a client that was seeking harmonious blend of “old world” with the nature and community that surrounds it. Nestled within a newly constructed home, our design team transformed the yard to give the appearance it had been there for a 100+ years. The landscape design and construction included a 300’+ natural dry-laid freestanding wall. In front of the property parallel with the historical street. Old world stone was harvested from fields in Pennsylvania and shipped to complete this massive wall.  Plantings were simplistic in clean-line beds. Pavers were chosen for their “old world” look in the driveway ribbons, circle drive landing and rear patio.  The rear patio includes a firepit to extend fireside conversations into Autumn.
