General Management

As a full-service landscape company, we are organized to handle all of our clients’ landscape management needs. Once the architects and construction professionals have completed their work, our maintenance crews take over, outfitted with the latest equipment and technology. From lawn care to integrated, on-going management services, we can tailor a maintenance program to fit your landscape needs and keep your landscape looking the way it was intended. Our maintenance services are intended for estate, multi-residential, and commercial properties.

Lawn Mowing and Maintenance Service

Turf areas will be maintained at a height not to exceed 3 1/2″ throughout the growing season. Mowing will be done every 7 days unless other arrangements are specified. When possible, grass clippings will be returned to the turf; when necessary, excess clippings will be caught and removed from site. All borders in lawn area will be trimmed with a line trimmer at the time of each mowing. The driveway, walk and patio or deck will be blown off.

Spring Cleanup

Rake and clean-up all landscaped areas, pull existing weeds, edge all walkways and turf borders and prune winter damage from shrubs. Remove all resulting debris from site including any small limbs.

Fall Cleanup

Rake and clean-up all landscape areas, sweep all paved surfaces, cut back perennials, pull existing weeds and dead annuals. Remove all resulting debris from site. Shrub pruning may also be included with prior arrangements.

Early Summer Pruning: Late June-Early July

Privet hedges will be sheared and selected plants will be pruned and shaped for maximum aesthetic and functional value, maintaining natural or intended texture and form within the scheme of the landscape. Flowering Broad Leafed Evergreens will be pruned once following yearly bloom.

Summer Pruning: August

Needled evergreens will be sheared and selected plants will be pruned and shaped for maximum aesthetic and functional value, maintaining natural or intended texture and form within the scheme of the landscape.

Fall Pruning: October

Many woody flowering shrubs and ornamental trees are often best pruned at this time. These plants may be scheduled for pruning during your fall clean up.

Ornamental Bed Service Visit

This maintenance will include weeding, deadheading, fertilization, pruning, pinching, bed edging.

Premier Gardener Services

Weekly walk-through and service by one of our trained gardeners for the most discriminating residential clients.

Fountain/Water Feature Service

Regular cleaning and pump protection / winterization for stand-alone fountains, or ponds and waterfalls.
